30-Day Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

General legal draft. This policy implements SchemaGrove’s approved 30-day guarantee and should receive final legal review before paid sales open.

We want customers to have a fair opportunity to determine whether SchemaGrove Pro fits their workflow.

1. The 30-day window

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days after the payment date for an initial SchemaGrove Pro subscription purchase, an annual renewal payment, or an additional charge caused by a paid plan upgrade. You do not need to provide a technical reason, although feedback may help improve the product. This policy does not limit any right provided by applicable law.

2. Requesting a refund

Email support@schemagrove.com from the address associated with the order. Include the order number, account email, payment date, and whether you want the subscription cancelled or believe a charge was unauthorized or duplicated. Do not send card details. We may verify account ownership.

3. What happens after a full refund

  • The applicable subscription is cancelled.
  • Future automatic renewals stop.
  • Official Pro updates, support, protected downloads, and connected commercial entitlements stop.
  • Active production-site bindings may be revoked.
  • Installed SchemaGrove code and saved configuration are not remotely deleted.

A refunded plan-switch charge may require returning the subscription to its previous plan and site allowance. If that cannot be done safely, we will explain the available options before completing the refund.

4. Requests after 30 days

Payments older than 30 calendar days are ordinarily non-refundable except where required by law, caused by duplicate or unauthorized billing, or approved by us in writing. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. Cancellation without a refund normally leaves access active through the paid period.

Failure to use the software, forgetting to cancel before renewal, incompatibility with an undisclosed or unsupported third-party product, or absence of a particular search result does not extend the 30-day period.

5. Introductory pricing

The first-year offer may be used once per customer across the SchemaGrove Pro plan family. A refund, cancellation, resubscription, or plan switch does not create eligibility for another introductory discount.

6. Abuse

We may reject repetitive or fraudulent purchase-and-refund activity intended to obtain ongoing access to protected downloads, updates, support, or connected services without payment. This does not affect a first good-faith request or rights required by law.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear is controlled by Square, the card network, and your financial institution.
